Full-Mouth Implant Bridge: All-on-X
Restore confidence in your smile with a full-arch dental implant bridge, also known as an "All-on-X." This advanced solution replaces an entire arch of missing teeth with a natural-looking, secure bridge designed for lasting stability.
-
Stability and Natural Function
The All-on-X or implant bridge is anchored directly into the jawbone, creating a secure foundation for your new teeth. This stability allows you to eat, speak, and smile without the slipping or shifting often associated with removable dentures.
-
Preservation of Jawbone and Structure
When teeth are missing, the underlying bone can gradually deteriorate due to a lack of stimulation. Implants provide that necessary stimulation, helping maintain bone health.
-
Long-Term Convenience
The All-on-X or implant bridge eliminates many of the daily inconveniences associated with removable dentures, such as adhesives and nightly removal, providing a more streamlined, comfortable experience.
Our All-on-X Treatment Process
Although the All-on-X process may seem intimidating, our team’s personalized, meticulous approach prioritizes comfort, clarity, and precision, guiding each patient through treatment while delivering lasting function, appearance, and confidence.
1. Evaluation and Planning
In your consultation, our team will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health, including a thorough examination and digital X-rays. Based on those details, we can evaluate your bone density with a CBCT scan to determine whether your jawbone can adequately support All-on-X. If implants are an appropriate option, we will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and timeline tailored to your needs. A thorough medical history is taken at this time to determine the need for other preparatory procedures.

2. Surgical Implantation
If moving forward with full-mouth implants, we strategically place a series of titanium implants into the jawbone to serve as artificial tooth roots. In many cases, a provisional fixed prosthesis can be attached the same or next day, restoring immediate function and aesthetics.

3. Healing Period
After dental implant placement, healing occurs in several stages as the implants integrate with the jawbone through a process known as osseointegration. During the first two weeks, you will experience mild swelling, bruising, and sensitivity while the soft tissues begin to heal. Over the following three months, the titanium implants gradually integrate with the surrounding bone, creating a stable foundation for the final prosthetic restoration.

4. Final Restoration Placement
After the healing phase, you return for placement of the permanent full-arch prosthesis. The implants are carefully evaluated to confirm stability and proper tissue health. Precision impressions or digital scans are then used to fabricate the final prosthetic restoration, replicate natural tooth esthetics, and optimize your chewing function. During the placement appointment, the custom prosthesis is securely attached to the implants and meticulously adjusted to achieve optimal occlusal contact and comfort.
