Our Insurance Process

Our practice is out-of-network with dental insurance. However, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf and help you maximize your benefits. If you have a medical spending plan through your employer, we can also submit or provide the necessary treatment documentation so you are reimbursed in accordance with your plan’s terms.

Since we are out-of-network, our clinical and cosmetic recommendations are not dictated by what insurance will cover. Please keep in mind that, even with insurance reimbursement, there will likely be out-of-pocket expenses. Payment in full is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment.

• Insurance filing: We will submit your claims, so you don’t have to navigate the paperwork alone.
• Need-based treatment: Your treatment planning will be based on your specific needs and goals, not what’s covered under insurance. We advocate for you, not your carrier.
